Right of Withdrawal – Return of Products

The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw and return the product in its original condition, without giving any reasons. For his part, the online store must refund the money he paid for the purchase of the product, including the initial shipping costs, within 14 calendar days from the day on which he was informed by the customer of the withdrawal.

The condition for exercising the above right is that the product has not been previously converted at the customer's request, that the product has not been damaged, that its labels have not been removed, that it is returned in its original packaging.
